I offer creative therapy sessions for young people, working in my therapy studio. I will help you explore your concerns in a supportive and nurturing environment. Using creative art, play, children's hypnotherapy techniques, metaphors, EFT etc. to promote self-esteem, confidence and help you to understand and make sense of thoughts and feelings about your experiences and the world around you.
Create a beautiful Memory Book to remember your loved one or precious pet. Bring photo's and keepsakes to include in your artwork, whilst having time to share your loss in a supportive environment.
Alternatively, spend some time thinking about your life experiences and through Empowerment Art, help yourself to let go and move forward, to a position of Empowerment, increasing your confidence and self-belief.
Share your memories, your thoughts, your feelings, whilst creating something special, helping you heal, whilst putting all the pieces together.
I offer creative Supervision (in person at my home or online) for therapists as well as those working in non-clinical placements. Working with art materials and sand trays, I will help you explore your work with clients, in a safe, boundaried, nurturing and creative environment, so you are able to provide your clients with your best practice possible.
For non-clinical work, we can explore the best way for you to work within your placement, through creative and artistic means.
This is a unique and supportive, half day workshop, where you, as an individual, or as family/friends (max 6) will create a beautiful book, containing images and memories, which will go with your loved one, on their final journey. The book is a symbol of your love and life with your friend, relative or pet, that can be placed inside their coffin, so they take the memories of their loved ones with them. Alternatively you can create your book to keep as a treasured item.
